3.1 The “NoorNature” Assurance of Purity

Cosmetics are personal. Our “Purity Covenant” is designed to ensure that your skin receives only the best. Because of the “Bio-Active” nature of our products and strict hygienic standards in the Pakistan territory, we provide a transparent path for returns and exchanges that prioritizes consumer health.

3.2 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • The “Hygienic Seal” Rule: Due to the nature of cosmetics, returns are only accepted if the product remains in its original, unopened, and vacuum-sealed packaging. Once the “Purity Seal” is broken, the product is ineligible for return for health and safety reasons.
  • The 7-Day Inspection Window: Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the “Unboxing Process.”
  • Manufacturing Defects: If a pump mechanism fails or a product shows signs of oxidation upon first opening, we provide an immediate Priority Replacement.

3.3 The Refund & Reversal Protocol

  • Adverse Reaction Credit: If a user experiences an unexpected reaction (verified by our skin consultants), we may offer a Store Credit Voucher (valid for 12 months) to try a different formulation from a different “Botanical District.”
  • Out-of-Stock Refunds: If an organic harvest is delayed and a product becomes unavailable after payment, a 100% Full Refund is initiated to the original payment source within 72 hours.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items and “Limited Batch” samples are final sales and are only eligible for exchange in the case of genuine transit damage.
