Accessing NoorNature.store constitutes a binding legal agreement to the “Botanical Accord.” This document governs the acquisition of organic cosmetics and skincare products within the Pakistan territory. By placing an order, the “User” acknowledges that NoorNature is the sole authority on ingredient standards and product efficacy claims.
2.2 Ingredient Transparency & “Nature’s Variance”
- The Botanical Variance: As we use natural extracts and organic oils, the customer acknowledges that slight variations in color or scent may occur between batches. These are not defects but “Certificates of Nature.”
- Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer: While our products are “Chemical-Free,” natural ingredients (like nuts or specific herbs) can cause reactions in sensitive individuals. The user agrees to perform a “Patch Test” as outlined in our usage guides. NoorNature is not liable for individual allergic reactions to verified organic ingredients.
- Visual Representation: We utilize high-fidelity studio photography to represent our products. However, the customer acknowledges that digital screens may slightly alter the perceived shade of a lipstick or serum.
2.3 Logistics & Ethical Delivery
- The “Freshness” Protocol: Orders are dispatched from our temperature-controlled nodes to ensure the bio-activity of natural ingredients.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Integrity: We offer COD as a service to our Pakistani clientele. Repeated refusal of organic parcels—which are sensitive to heat and transit time—will result in the permanent suspension of the user’s account.
